An Atlantic City man was arrested on drug charges for the third time in 18 days this weekend.
Dashawn Mallory, 20, was allegedly seen in a drug deal just before 7 p.m. Saturday by Officer Nickolas Cardani, who was conducting surveillance in the 1500 block of Atlantic Avenue.
The officer put out a description of both men to patrol units, Sgt. Paul Aristizabal said.
Officer Louis Scarlata saw Mallory, who matched the description of one of the suspects, and was found with four grams of suspected crack cocaine, Aristizabal said.
He also had $103 in cash believed to be proceeds from drug sales, according to the report.
It wasn't the first time Mallory was found with drugs in Atlantic City this month, court records show.
He was arrested Feb. 9 on drug and resisting arrest charges, according to court records. He then was arrested last Wednesday, also on drug charges.
Mallory was released on a summons in all three cases.
He is now charged with possession, possession with intent to distribute and possession within intent with 500 feet of a public park.
