A Galloway Township man wanted after a gun was found in his vehicle during an Atlantic City drug investigation is now in jail.
Halim Fisher, 24, was stopped Dec. 21, 2022, after he and a 16-year-old boy were seen making an alleged drug deal in a store in the 1700 block of Atlantic Avenue, police said at the time.
He was stopped with a digital scale covered in a while powdery substance, according to the report.
The juvenile allegedly had an Oxycodone pill and two grams of suspected crack cocaine, police said.
Fisher was released on a summons, and his car was towed after K-9 Officer Jesse Oliver-Logan's partner, Gee, indicated there were drugs inside.
A warrant eventually led to the discovery of a handgun fitted with a high-capacity magazine that contained hollow-point bullets, according to the charges.
By then, Fisher could not be located.
He was arrested Thursday, jail records show.
All five were released on summonses in those cases.
