An Egg Harbor City man is charged with possession and distribution of child sexual abuse materials.
Mark Hacker, 44, was arrested Thursday.
The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office Internet Crimes Against Children Unit received a referral that there were inappropriate images and activity associated with Hacker's social media KIK account, according to the charges.
His cell phone was seized as part of the investigation, according to the affidavit of probable cause.
Hacker was released on a summons.
