An Atlantic City drug investigation led to two guns, including one reported stolen from Florida.

Detectives searched homes in the 1900 block of Caspian Avenue and the 500 block of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard on Wednesday, after obtaining warrants as part of a two-month investigation led by Detective Eric Evans, according to the report.

Five grams of cocaine and paraphernalia used in drug distribution were recovered, Capt. Kevin Fair said. He did not indicate how much was found in each residence.

Leon Henry, 37, and Kishon Woodall, 36, were arrested. Both live in the city.

Police also found two guns, including one reported stolen from Jacksonville, Fla. It was not clear where the guns were found, but only Henry faces weapons offenses.

Henry's charges include possession of a weapon by a certain person not to possess a firearm. That comes from his criminal history, which includes more than 6½ years in prison on drug and gun charges, according to the state Department of Corrections.

He was released from Bayside State Prison on Nov. 4, 2020.

Henry also is charged with money laundering.

Woodall faces several drug charges, and also had outstanding warrants, Fair said.

Both men were taken to the Atlantic county Justice Facility.
