The Eagles will be without quarterback Jalen Hurts for the remainder of their Week 16 game against the Washington Commanders.
Hurts has been ruled out with a concussion that he sustained during the first quarter of Sunday's NFC East matchup:

Kenny Pickett has stepped in as the quarterback for the remainder of the game, and it's fair to wonder if the former first-round pick could also be in line to start next Sunday's game against the Dallas Cowboys while Hurts works through concussion protocol.
The Eagles have a manageable schedule remaining, as they'll face the Cowboys and New York Giants over the final two weeks. However, with the No. 1 seed — which comes with a first-round bye and home-field advantage throughout the NFC playoffs — still on the line, Hurts will no doubt be pushing to get back into the lineup as soon as he clears protocol.
