A Pleasantville man is wanted in a crash that killed a pedestrian in Atlantic City last year.
Maykol Mendozarizo, 38, was indicted Tuesday for second-degree vehicular homicide in a crash that killed an Atlantic City man.
Heriberto Alicea, 61, was struck on Albany Avenue at about 8:16 p.m. Nov. 19. He died from his injuries.
Mendozarizo was issued a summons for careless driving at the time, court records show.
An investigation found he was under the influence of alcohol at the time, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office. He was charged with vehicular homicide in May.
He is wanted on a warrant. A photo of Mendozarizo was not available.
