Ranking: These are the best schools for athletes in Atlantic County

Choosing the right school for your young athlete can put them on the best path to success.


Niche, a website offering rankings and statistics on towns, schools and colleges, recently released its 2024 Best Schools for Athletes in Atlantic County. This list offers a ranking based on an analysis of statistics and millions of reviews from students and parents using data from the U.S. Department of Education. Ranking factors include number of state championships, student participation in athletics and the number of sports offered at the school

Cedar Creek High School

With a Niche overall grade of A, Cedar Creek High School is a highly rated public school. It has around 929 students in grades 9-12 with a student-teacher ratio of 12 to one. According to state test scores, 23% of students are at least proficient in math and 50% in reading.
