The Civic's driver, Lamar Parker, 40, also of Atlantic City, and his two passengers were taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's City Campus for moderate injuries.
Atlantic City and Pleasantville police assisted at the scene, along with Tri-Care EMS, and Exceptional Medical Transport.
The Black Horse Pike was closed in all directions for about two hours while the scene was investigated and cleared.
The crash is being investigated by Officers Nick Poletis, Robert Moran and Thomas Rizzotte and Sgt. Ed Stearns. Charges are pending.
