Shawn Negron
A former Vineland man is accused of setting a fire that damaged several rooms at the Buena motel where he had been living.
Shawn Negron, 31, intentionally set fire to the mattress in his room at the Budget Motel on Harding Highway in Landisville, and then fled, according to Franklin Township police.
Several tenants were displaced.
Negron is charged with second-degree arson, and third-degree charges of causing or risking widespread injury or damage and criminal mischief.
He is in the Atlantic County Justice Facility pending a hearing.
