  • Eagles

The Eagles will return from Brazil 1-0 after a thrilling, 34-29 victory over the Green Bay Packers.

Saquon Barkley scored three touchdowns and put up 132 yards from scrimmage. Jalen Hurts made some questionable decisions but did enough to secure the W. The defense played better than the final score indicates. The field conditions were a nightmare and the refs were flag-happy. Let's explore it all.

The Saquon Show

Saquon's first carry of the night did not go as planned.

Luckily, he had 23 more. Plus a couple catches.

Jalen Hurts

Basically the entire first quarter was played in the Eagles' red zone. Here's Jalen Hurts desperately trying (and failing) to get them out.

The Hurts haters were loving life.

But oh how the turntables turn:

It looks like the Eagles coaches may have figured something out.

Some hearts were broken last night, though.

How Bout Some Defense

Rookie CB Quinyon Mitchell looks legit.

Reed Blankenship with an insane pick:

Zack Baun had himself a night.

The Field Was an Ice Rink

Not sure what kind of grass they play soccer on, but the great American game of FOOTBALL deserves better.

The Refs

Anyway, here's this.
