Absecon police are looking for help finding a suspect in an attempted knifepoint robbery,
A man brandished a knife and demanded money at a business in downtown on New Jersey Avenue just after 7:30 p.m. Monday, police said.
The suspect demanded money from the owner, who was able to flee the establishment unharmed, according to the report
The suspect then ran.
The suspect is described as a black male ages 25 to 35 years old, between 5-foot-3 and 5-foot-7 and weighing about 145 to 175 pounds.
Stills from surveillance were released.
