The Joy Miller School in Egg Harbor Township was put on shelter in place Wednesday afternoon as a warrant was served nearby.
The action on Atlas Lane was led by State Police and marshals, police said.
The details of the warrant and who was targeted were not clear. State Police referred any questions back to Egg Harbor Township, who did not issue the warrant.
The lockdown was conducted "out of "an abundance of caution," police said.
