The Humane Society of Atlantic County is asking for the public's help after three dogs were left in their yard in Wednesday morning's pouring rain.

The group posted a video to its Facebook page showing a white car pull up to the location at 1401 Absecon Blvd. The driver then gets out and opens the back passenger door, grabbing a dog and carrying it to the fence, dropping the dog over the fence.

The person continues to look around as they repeat the process for two more dogs.

The shih tzu mixes were left in terrible condition, according to the Humane Society's post.

The case is similar to owe from last year that portrayed a man the society said had dropped more than one dog at different times.

Jahlil McNeal wound up criminally charged in that case.

Anyone with information about the person is asked to call Atlantic City police at 609-347-5779.
