Atlantic City police are at a standoff with an unnamed man who has refused to exit his residence on Boston Avenue.
The incident began around 2 p.m. Saturday, police told BreakingAC.
The man is wanted on warrants.
Police are not releasing his name at this time, nor detailing the warrants.
SWAT team members and negotiators are on scene.
