Galloway Township police are investigating a crash that left a e-bike rider trapped under a car.
Yovana Martinez-Mora, of Pleasantville, was turning left onto Wrangleboro Road at Collins Road when she struck the electric bicycle, police said.
Dana Kutassy was traveling in the crosswalk, according to the report. Kutassy became trapped under the vehicle.
Police thanked two good Samaritans who stopped and used floor jacks to help free Kutassay from underneath the Nissan Versa.
Kutassay was then taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's City Campus in Atlantic City for treatment.
Charges are pending the results of Officer Nicholas Stewart's investigation.
