Two men were charged in a Vineland crash that killed a 72-year-old man pushing a shopping cart in the road.
Michael Cimback Jr. was on the inside lane of travel when he was struck by a dark green Honda sedan heading west at about 5:25 p.m. Nov. 7, police previously reported.
The dark green Honda sedan fled the scene, and Cimback was struck a second time by A 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe.
The driver of the second vehicle, Isahit Cabrera-Galvez, 36, of Vineland, stayed at the scene. It was later found he was unlicensed at the time of the crash. He was charged with a third-degree crime.
Cimback was taken to Inspira Health in Vineland, where he died of his injuries.
An investigation led to the arrest of the wanted driver, police announced Thursday.
Catalino Marcano, 77, is charged with knowingly leaving the scene of a fatal motor vehicle crash.
Both men were released on summonses.
