A Sicklerville man who was 17 when he allegedly shot and killed a teen last year in Pleasantville has been waived up to adult court.
Isaiah Newsome was 17 when he allegedly shot Dr. Steven Davion Garrett, 17, in Pleasantville.
Garrett's body was found in Max Manning Park at about 12:50 p.m. Aug. 7, 2015.
