A Vineland 16-year-old has been charged with murder of a Millville teen.
Jason Jones was found fatally shot at 9:49 p.m. Nov. 26 in the 400 block of Oak Street in Millville.
A teen was charged Tuesday with murder and weapons offenses, Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae said. His name is not being released due to his age.
The teen is being held in the Atlantic County Juvenile Facility Center on related weapons offenses.
The investigation is being handled by detectives with the Millville Police Department and the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office.
