Neighbor complaints about a nuisance vehicle led police to two men in a stolen vehicle with drugs.
Sgt. Mohammed Kaiser and Officer Jamar Dabney of the Neighborhood Coordination Unit were distributing tip411 flyers in the first block of South Bellevue Avenue when Kaiser was told about the vehicle, Lt. Kevin Fair said.
Officers Danish Mohammad and Thomas Gilardi found the vehicle was stolen from Philadelphia and two men were in it.
Dominick Clark and Demetrius Scott were arrested, Fair said.
Police found 100 bags of heroin, a small amount of cocaine, more than 27 grams of marijuana and prescription medication, according to the charges.
Scott, 32, and Clark, 34, were charged with receiving stolen property, and two counts each of possession and possession with intent to distribute.
They are in the Atlantic County Justice Facility pending detention hearings.
