The Atlantic City beach will go Pink this summer, according to a new concert announced Wednesday.
The Grammy-award winning singer known for aerial acrobatics during some of her big performances will be coming to the Atlantic City beach July 12 as part of the AC BeachFest Concert Series.
The announcement adds a new genre of music to the series, which has often been country-heavy. Although, Pink was recently nominated for a Billboard Music Award for top country song for "Setting the World on Fire," a collaboration with country star Kenny Chesney.
Chesney was in the area last summer for a concert on Wildwood's beach.
Tickets officially go on sale May 5, but there is a presale at 10 a.m. Friday.
