Two men have been arrested for separate Pleasantville crimes connected by their alleged accomplice — a 17-year-old boy.
The Pleasantville juvenile and his father, Theodore Figaro, were arrested Friday in connection with a double stabbing Aug. 4 at King's Market at Lake Place and Main Street, Capt. Matt Hartman said.
Figaro, 54, was charged with aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon and conspiracy. He and his son were arrested Friday. The older man is being held in the Atlantic County Justice Facility pending a detention hearing.
The teen is also charged with a July 18 robbery at Delilah Road and Main Street, that he allegedly committed with his cousin, Brandon Figaro, 23, of Egg Harbor City.
The pair tried assaulted a gas station employee as they tried to leave the station without paying, Hartman said.
Figaro was arrested by State Police early Wednesday morning and turned over to Pleasantville police on an outstanding warrant. He is being held pending a detention hearing.
The teen was taken to Harborfields Juvenile Detention Center in Egg Harbor City.
