An Atlantic City man accused of sexually assaulting two children has been indicted by a grand jury.
Santos Blanco, 41, was indicted on four counts each of aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child. He also was charged with third-degree endangering.
Blanco was arrested Sept. 19, after a month-long joint investigation with detectives from the Pleasantville and Atlantic City police departments, and detectives from the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit.
Blanco was first charged in September for aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child in connection to incidents he allegedly committed against the same child over several years.
The next month, he was charged with additional counts of aggravated sexual assault and child endangerment for alleged abuses against a second child.
Before the second set of charges, he was ordered detained by Superior Court Judge Patricia Wild.
