Officers escorted Santa Claus into the mission Thursday to give gifts to 13 children living there. Community Outreach Officer Jose Gonzalez sent the names, ages and wish lists department-wide. The kids who ranged in age from 18 months to 17 years “were obviously on the nice list,” Fair said. Atlantic City PBA Local 24 also bought pizzas for the kids to eat as they opened their gifts. “We were very happy to bring a little extra cheer to these boys and girls during this holiday season,” Fair said. “We hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday.
