An Atlantic City boxer pleaded guilty Friday to aggravated manslaughter and drug charges in a 2014 killing.
Omar Curry, 27, admitted to killing Nelson Viera Jan. 17, 2014, and operating and maintaining controlled dangerous substance production facility.

He was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's City Campus, where he was pronounced dead.
Curry was arrested more than seven months later, just days after his professional boxing debut ended in a draw.
As a result of the plea agreement, Curry faces 20 years in prison with no parole for 17 years under the No Early Release Act. His sentencing is set for Sept. 29.
Curry remains in the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
