An Atlantic City man who had not been heard from since Halloween has been found safe.
Bill O’Donnell, 68, raised concerns when he wasn’t heard from since being seen outside the Warwick Condominiums where he lives on South Raleigh Avenue.
But he has now been located in Florida, where he is safe.
No further information about what happened was released.
