An Atlantic City was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison Friday for his role in trafficking more than 100 kilograms of cocaine using residences in Pleasantville and Absecon.
Kabaka Atiba, also known as Clarence Nixon, 47, previously pleaded guilty to distribution and possession with intent to distribute cocaine.
U.S. District Judge Jerome Simandle sentenced him to 120 months in prison in Camden Federal Court.
Atiba's half-brother, Tozine Tiller, 43, of Absecon, and others, supplied him with cocaine, which he distributed, according to the charges. Atiba sold more than 840 grams of cocaine February 2010 through Dec. 10, 2014.
A dozen people have been charged for their roles in the drug-trafficking conspiracy. One is a fugitive. The others all have been convicted.
Five defendants have been sentenced, including Talib Tiller, 45, of Pleasantville, who got 57 months and Tejohn Cooper, 44, of Galloway Township, who was sentenced to 96 months in prison.
