Hamilton Township police were called to the Brandywood Townhomes for shots fired at about 10:15 p.m. Monday, a day after a shooting killed a man and wounded three others.
It was unclear whether the shots that struck two residences were related to the shooting Sunday night that killed Taufeeq Mitchell and wounded three others.
The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office is leading that investigation, and has not released the names of those who were injured.
Two of the victims were treated and released. The fourth remains hospitalized.
