A man was robbed at a Mays Landing apartment complex, where he came to buy a cell phone being offered through an app, police said.
The unnamed man arrived at the Cologne Gardens Apartments after finding out about the phone through the Offer Up app, according to the report.
He was approached by three male who threatened to assault him, police said. They stole cash and a hover board.
The suspects fled, but Falmata Ali, 18, and a 15-year-old both from Egg Harbor Township were arrested by responding officers.
A third suspect, Jadarius Hall, 20, of Mays Landing, is still being sought.
All three are charged with second-degree robbery, third-degree theft and second-degree conspiracy to commit robbery.
Ali is being held in the Atlantic County Justice Facility. The teen was sent to the Harborfields Juvenile Detention Center.
The investigation is continuing, with more charges pending, police said.
