A Millville man was arrested with $320 worth of methamphetamine during a traffic stop, State Police said.
Michael Franchetta, 30, was the passenger in a pickup truck was stopped for a traffic violation at 2:23 a.m. Tuesday in Upper Township, according to the report.
During the stop, troopers found Franchetta had meth and marijuana, police said.
He was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of maijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic needle.
He is being held in teh Cape May County Jail on a no-bail warrant.
The driver was issued a traffic summons and released at the scene.
