State Police seek help identifying driver who fled twice

New Jersey State Police are trying to identify a driver who twice eluded police Tuesday.
Troopers first tried to stop the silver BMW M3 for speedind and reckless driving as it traveled south on the Garden State Parkway near mile post 58, Little Egg Harbor Township
The car stopped, but when the trooper got out of the patrol car and approached the vehicle, the driver accelerated and took off at a high rate of speed, according to the report.
The trooper did not initiate a pursuit due to safety precautions, State Police said.
When the trooper exited the Troop car and approached the vehicle, the driver accelerated at a high rate of speed continued traveling south.
The vehile was later seen in Northfield, where it once again fled police and continued driving toward Atlantic City.
The silver car has a Florida license plate: GIH V63.
The driver is described as a short black male with short dreadlocks or cornrows. A female passenger was also seen in the vehicle.
