A Mays Landing man wanted for threatening to kill a woman was arrested in Atlantic City with 270 bags of heroin, police said.
Clarence Davis, 35, allegedly texted a picture of a handgun to a woman he repeatedly called and threatened to kill, Sgt. Kevin Fair said.
Officers Jeffrey Hannon and Valmir Loga arrested him Wednesday in the area of Tennessee and Pacific avenues after recognizing him from a wanted flyer that was distributed to officers Monday.
Davis was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession with intent to distribute and possession with intent to distribute CDS within 500 feet of a public zone.
Davis was being held in the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
