A Hamilton Township man was indicted Thursday in the death of his 4-month-old son. Jose Rojas, 35, has been
jailed since his arrest in February. He allegedly told police and doctors that baby JaSeir rolled off the bed while Rojas was watching his three small children Jan. 29.
