Pleasantville cousins have been identified as the two men riding a quad in a fatal crash Tuesday.
The driver, Bruce Banks, was killed in the crash, Capt. Matt Hartman said Wednesday.
The 23-year-old was heading west across New Road at the bike path when his four-wheeler struck a Nissan Quest heading south driven by Jabril Harper, 24, of Pleasantville.
Banks and his 19-year-old cousin, Devon Banks, were thrown from the vehicle. One of the men struck Harper's van. the other man hit a Chrysler Sebring driven by Stephen Pastor, 77, of Brigantine.
Harper then struck a Cadillac driven by Roberta McKenna, 66, of Middletown
Devon Banks remains in critical condition at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's City Campus.
