An Atlantic City man already facing charges in a string of February burglaries was arrested again — on burglary charges.
James Mason, 50, was already a convicted burglar
when he was arrested in February.
He was arrested again Thursday after an investigation by Detective Joshua Schwenger and Detective Paul Walsh identified Mason as the suspect in two August burglaries, Sgt. Kevin Fair said.
Mason entered the Choice Bar and Grill and Zaffran Restaurant after hours on different dates, stealing money and causing damage, Fair said.
Walsh also got results back from a fingerprint taken from a liquor bottle at Mango’s Restaurant that linked Mason to a Jan. 10 burglary there, according to the report.
Detectives Sterling Wheaten and Fariyd Holmes arrested Mason on Thursday in the north block of Delaware Avenue.
He is in the Atlantic County Justice Facility on three counts of burglary and theft.
