Atlantic City police are asking for the public's help in identifying a burglary suspect, and helping in the ongoing investigation of other burglaries.
Three men were arrested last month in a rash of burglaries.
On April 16, 2017, an unknown individual attempted to burglarize a residence in the north block of Boston Avenue. An investigation by Detective Keith Wendling led to a surveillance photograph of the suspect being distributed to law enforcement to identify the male. On April 17, Officers Robert Reynolds and Jonathan Walsh located the male in the photograph and arrested him. Hummayun Shah was charged with attempting to burglarize the residence on Boston Avenue. An investigation by detectives led to additional charges being filed against Shah for a burglary in January in the 2600 block of Fairmount Avenue and another in March in the 200 block of Arizona Avenue.
Three men were allegedly involved in a burglary at Brighton Avenue and St. David's Place on April 18.
An investigation led to the arrests of Tyseema Bing, 31, and Maurice Jackson, 25, who were each charged with burglary and theft, Sgt. Kevin Fair said.
A search of Jackson's residence led to items stolen from the residence on Brighton Avenue, along with a residence on the 3400 block of Winchester Avenue earlier that day, Fair said.
A third man left the scene before police arrived, and his picture is being put out in hopes of finding him.

Police are urging residents to lock their doors and windows, including those on the second floor, before leaving their home. If they do not feel that they are secure they can also look into getting a security system. There are systems that use
ai security software that can be used to identify the burglar.
If a home is burglarized or someone has tried to gain access, notify police immediately, Fair said. A victim should wait outside the residence for police to arrive, so that it can be checked first.
