An Atlantic City man pleaded guilty Thursday to maintaining a narcotics production facility and weapons offenses.
Courtney Tiggett, 37, would have to serve at least half of a 14-year sentence under the plea agreement.
He was arrested in Massachusetts in October, seven months after a grand jury indicted him on 29 counts, including unlawfully possessing a semi-automatic handgun and maintaining and operating a drug-production facility.
A search of the North Connecticut Avenue home in March 2017, found about 2¼ ounces of suspected heroin, a loaded .9mm semi-automatic handgun, two large-capacity .9mm magazines, 9mm ammunition, a digital weighing scale, wax paper folds used to package drugs, respirator masks, an electronic mixer, sifters and various other paraphernalia, according to the charges.
The investigation was led by Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Unit.
Tiggett is scheduled to be sentenced Sept. 27.
