An 18-year-old man was wounded in a shooting in Pleasantville just after midnight Friday.
Officers were called to the 100 building of Whaler's Drive in the Landings, and found Tyrese Childs had been shot in the arm and torso, Chief Sean Riggin said.
Childs was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, Riggin said.
Detectives Brian Stocks and Pablo Solorzano of the Violent Crimes Unit are investigating.
