The spirit of giving is alive and well in Atlantic City where offices with the resort's police department paid it forward earlier today with a special Christmas edition of Random Acts of Copness.
With the help of the NJ State PBA , Atlantic City PBA #24 , the Just 4 Kids Foundation and Holiday Meats Wholesale distributors, the officers were able to distribute 250 turkeys and 250 food boxes for members of the community who lined up outside of the Police Athletic League building. ACPD also gave special thanks to Just Four Wheels of Galloway for donating a box truck to make the deliveries possible for dozens of families who will now have a full turkey dinner with all the trimmings for the holidays.
