Atlantic City firefighters revived a man with Narcan and then police arrested him for allegedly causing a car crash after overdosing on heroin.
Daniel Cormier was driving in the 1100 block of Arctic Avenue when he rear-ended a car stopped at a traffic light, Sgt. Kevin Fair said.
After being found unconscious from an apparent overdose, he was removed from his vehicle and administered Narcan, according to the report.
After Cormier was revived, he was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's City Campus for treatment.
He was found with several bags of heroin, Fair said.

His two passengers were evaluated by medical personnel on the scene and released.
Cormier, 24, of Little Egg Harbor, is charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, DWI and other motor vehicle summons.
He was released with future court date.
