The family of an Atlantic City man missing for a month is hoping the public can hep.
Justin Rabb Jr., 23, suffers from mental illness and has not been at his mother's residence for a month, said Shanay McKiver Brown.
He was last seen at about 9 p.m. May 9 at the Community Baptist Church in Atlantic City.
Rabb was last seen wearing a blue jacket, goldish cargo jeans and all black Nike Air Jordans with white trim around the swoosh.
McKiver Brown said her son may have more facial hair than in pictures she released of him, and could be in need of a haircut.
