An Atlantic City man is charged in the fatal overdose of an Egg Harbor Township woman last year.
Kevin Green, 28, is accused of selling the 25-year-old woman fentanyl Oct. 27, Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon Tyner said.
Samantha Moore died of fentanyl toxicity later that day.
Green was arrested in Absecon on Tuesday night on an unrelated matter, Tyner said. He did not release details on that case.
Green is charged with strict liability for a drug-induced death, distribution of a controlled dangerous substance, distribution within a school zone and possession.
He is in the Atlantic County Justice Facility pending a detention hearing, set for next week.
