An Atlantic City man admitted Monday to throwing a gun from a car as he and three others fled a shooting that killed a 10-year-old boy last year.
Tyrell Dorn, 28, faces seven years must do five when he is sentenced Aug. 20.
Alvin Wyatt is charged with opening fire at Nov. 15, in the stands of the Pleasantville High School football field as they played Camden in a playoff game.
Micah Tennant, 10, and two others were struck by gunfire. The young boy later died.
Dorn and three others were among several who fled the game. Police followed them, but the car didn't stop until after a brief chase that included a gun being tossed out the window.
It was not the gun used in the shooting.
None of the men in the car were charged in the shooting.
Dixon remains in jail on a violation of Recovery Court. His attorney, James Grimley, is trying to get him back into court.
Another co-defendant, Michael Mack, also appeared before Judge Bernard DeLury briefly via video Monday.
His attorney, Matt Leonard, wants to have his detention hearing reopened so that Mack can be released.
That is now set for Monday.
Leonard also will move to have the charges against Mack dropped.
Mack has argued that he did not even come to the game with the other men in the car, and only grabbed a ride with them to flee the gunfire at the game.
