A 30-year-old New York City man is Cape May County's first positive case of COVID-19, county health officials said."This information is a vivid reminder that out-of-state visitors should stay home and not travel to the county during this pandemic outbreak," the Cape May County Department of Health said in a news release.The man tested positive at an unnamed local healthcare facility.No further information was released by the county, including where the man was staying or where he was being quarantined.
