A Burlington County man was shot and assaulted in Atlantic City on Monday night.
Police were called to Maryland and Pacific avenues at about 9:30 p.m., Lt. Kevin Fair said.
The 21-year-old victim had been assaulted and had a graze wound from a gunshot, according to the report.
The victim, who was not released, was taken to the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's City Campus for treatment.
His injuries were not considered life-threatening.
