A man was wounded in a shooting early Thursday morning in Pleasantville.
ShotSpotter alerted police to nine shots fired in the area of Somerset Avenue just before 1:30 a.m., Capt. Matt Hartman said.
A 24-year-old driver from Absecon was found several blocks away after calling 911, and flagging down responding officers, according to the report.
His 23-year-old passenger was wounded, Hartman said.
The victim, whose name was not released, was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's City Campus with a wound to his torso. The injury as not considered life-threatening.
