Police are looking for help in finding an Atlantic City man whose belongings were found on the beach.
A concerned resident called police at 7:42 a.m. Tuesday, after finding the belongings, Lt. Kevin Fair said.
Officers arrived to find clothing, a cell phone and driver's license for Isiah Ruffin.
Officers went to multiple addresses looking for him, but were unsuccessful, according to the report.
Ruffin, 29, was last seen Monday, Fair said. His last contact was a text sent at about 5 a.m. Tuesday.
He is described as a 5-foot-4 black man weighing about 120 pounds. He has a bald spot on the top of his head.
The United States Coast Guard and New Jersey State Police were alerted to possibility that Ruffin may have entered the ocean.
