Mutual aid was requested, and a second alarm called.
The was extensive damage to one apartment, with mile to moderate damage to the apartments beneath the unit where the fire originated, according to the report.
Firefighters from Atlantic City, Egg Harbor Township, Linwood, Ventnor, Northfield and the Atlantic City Airport provided mutual aid.
