A Massachusetts man died after he was struck while crossing an Absecon intersection Sunday night.
Christopher Burtt, 58, was hit just after midnight as he crossed the intersection of the White Horse Pike and Station Avenue.
Dipesh Patel, 46, of Galloway Township, was traveling west on the pike when he struck Burtt, police said.
Preliminary investigation indicates Burtt was crossing against the traffic signal.
The road was closed for about four hours while the crash was investigated.
