Tip leads to arrest of Atlantic City man with gun and cocaine

An Atlantic City man was arrested with a loaded gun and cocaine after a resident called about someone selling drugs.
The caller gave police a detailed description of the man and his vehicle, which was then pulled over by Detectives James Barrett, Nicholas Berardis and Chris Smith in the 1000 block of Sewell Avenue, Lt. Kevin Fair said.
Leshaun Spence, 24, found with a loaded handgun, more than four grams of cocaine and a digital, according to the report.
He is charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute, possession of a weapon while committing a drug offense and possession of narcotic paraphernalia.
Spence is in the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
