Two people were injured in a crash on the White Horse Pike in Galloway Township on Wednesday.
A Barnegat tow-truck driver was issued a summons.
Vince Koes, 54, was riding the flatbed truck traveling east on the inside lane of the White Horse Pike when he struck the rear of a Jeep Grand Cherokee that was waiting to turn left onto Nectar Avenue, Lt. Christopher McGinty said.
Driver James McKenna, 29, of Brigantine, had to be removed from his Jeep by members of the Pomona Volunteer Fire Department.
Both men were treated on the scene by the Galloway Township Ambulance Squad.
Traffic was delayed about an hour while police investigated by Officer Nicholas Stewart.
